Directions: (Once Comfort My Body has dried) Gently apply a small amount of cream with circular movements to affected areas. Follow with Calm My Body serum.

DIRECTIONS: Shake well before use. 2-3 minutes after applying Soothe My Body Cream, using finger pads gently press 6-8 drops of the serum directly onto the affected areas until absorbed.
